Zakręcony sernik na prażonym spodzie /Twisted cheesecake on roasted crust
Sernik, sernik, sernik... co by tutaj o nim napisać. Chyba ograniczę się do stwierdzenia, że to jest jedno z moich ulubionych ciast. Uwielbiam zarówno pieczone, jak i te na zimno, chociaż nie ma dla mnie nic gorszego niż sernik na zimno zrobiony z żelatyny, twarogu i zalany galaretką. Niby szybki i prosty, ale po prostu słodki, żadnych w nim konkretnych smaków.

Składniki na spód:
/Ingredients for crust:
/Toast the hazelnuts and cool down, chop but not to much, add the rest of dry ingredients, if you want you can chop them also. Melt the butter and chocolate on water bath, add salt and pour this into the dry ingredients, combine and place this mixture into the cake tin.

/Ingredients for filling:
/Soak the gelatin in a small amount of water then melt it (you can use water bath or microwaves) and add to yogurt, combine well. Whip the sugar with the cheese, add yogurt and whipped cream. Split mixture in two parts. Add melted white chocolate to the first part and melted dark chocolate and add to the second part. Pour mixtures alternately on top of crust. Leave this in the fridge over the night.

- 50 g prażonego ryżu, /50 g of puffed rice,
- 50 g orzechów laskowych, /50 g of hazelnuts,
- 50 g masła, /50 g of butter,
- 50 g czekolady deserowej(60% kakao), /50 g of chocolate (least 60%),
- miód, /honey,
- szczypta soli. /pinch of salt.

- 200 ml gęstego jogurtu, /200 ml of greek yogurt,
- 300 ml śmietanki kremówki, /300 ml of heavy cream,
- 3 łyżeczki żelatyny, /3 tsp of gelatin,
- 175 g białej czekolady, /175 g of white chocolate,
- 175 g ciemnej czekolady. /175 g of dark chocolate.
